1. 1Leelam Qatar is a digital marketplace connecting sellers and buyers in Qatar. Using the platform means accepting these terms.
2. 2Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data and listing content. Content violating Qatari law or the content policy is prohibited.
3. 3An auction bid is a binding purchase commitment under the published auction rules.
4. 4The platform does not collect or hold funds at this stage. Leelam Escrow stays OFF until a licensed payment partner and legal review are in place.
5. 5Administration may suspend listings or accounts that violate policy, always with a stated reason and an appeal path.
