1We collect the minimum data needed to run the market: email, name, and an optional phone number.
2Your phone number never appears on a listing unless you enable it yourself. Default contact is in-app messaging.
3Phone verification sends a code by SMS through Google's Firebase service, so your number is passed to Google for delivery and verification only. We keep the number, request time and IP to prevent abuse, and never use the number for marketing.
4We count visits to know how many people use the site and from which country. The count is sent from your browser when a page opens, and we do not store your IP address: it is combined with your browser type into an encrypted identifier whose key changes every midnight, so visits cannot be linked from one day to the next and cannot identify you. We keep the country (from Cloudflare's network), the device type and the section you visited — never the full URL and never a browsing history.
5These figures are used only for aggregate reports inside the admin panel. They are never sold or shared, and they are deleted after 400 days.
6Private messages and documents are never indexed in public search.
7Bidder identities in auctions are shown as stable aliases ("Bidder 3") and never revealed to rivals.
8We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and third-party vendors use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites, to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud.
9You can turn off personalised advertising in Google's Ad Settings at www.google.com/settings/ads, or opt out of other vendors' advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Opting out does not remove ads; it stops them being based on your interests.
10Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising use of cookies, with a refusal option as prominent as the acceptance one, changeable at any time.
