Content & Reports Policy

1. 1Prohibited: unlawful goods, unverifiable claims ("100% original"), impersonation, and phone numbers inside listing text.
2. 2Some categories (plates & numbers, elite auctions) pass manual review before going live.
3. 3A report button exists on every listing, message and profile. Reports are triaged by severity.
4. 4Every moderation decision carries a clear reason from an approved dictionary, with one appeal per decision.
5. 5Reporter identity is never revealed to the reported party.
