How do trust tiers work?
A 6-level pyramid: registered → phone verified → identity verified → business verified → qualified bidder → certified partner. Each level unlocks more (posting, bidding, stores).
Why is the seller's phone hidden?
Hidden by default for privacy — contact happens in-app, and sellers can opt in to showing their number.
What is proxy bidding?
You register a secret ceiling and the system bids for you by the minimum needed to stay ahead, up to your cap. Nobody else sees it.
What happens on a last-second bid?
Any bid in the final 2 minutes auto-extends the auction by 2 minutes, up to 30 times — sniping doesn't pay.
Is Leelam Escrow live?
The technical design is ready but deliberately OFF until a licensed payment partner and legal review are complete — we touch no money before that.
How do I appeal a rejection?
In My Listings you'll see the rejection reason and an appeal button — appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.
